Penny Lane Rock Cafe is a Norwegian owned and run restaurant. The manager Roy Nicolaisen has lived in Thailand since 1995. 

With his knowledge of Thai living and customs, Roy is always a good source for information. You are always welcome for a chat over a beer or two if you need special information about your favourite rock group or wonder what to see on Koh Samui.

As a special service to fellow Norwegians there is always a variety of Norwegian newspapers & magazines available at Penny Lane. Not always today's issue though.
